Today we decided to go to Putrajaya for a photoshoot, so armed with our cameras and tripods, Ferhan, Andrew and I drove down to Putrajaya with big ambitions.

Putrajaya is a great place for a photoshoot since there aren't too many cars around, it has wide open spaces, the buildings and the streets are clean and well designed, the downside to a metropolis however is that in the end everything tends to look the same, or at least that's how I feel.

Anyway I was a little jealous at their lenses since I'm still stuck with my kit lens which is like a in between for landscapes and portraits, neither good nor bad lol. Now I'm thinking either flash unit or 50mm lens first ><

This was also my first time shooting in RAW and all I can say is WOW. RAW allows editing to be so much easier, so much more fun too! I'm actually proud the way these photos turned out, perhaps this is what my photos have been missing, I don't know you guys tell me. The fact that RAW is also huge (255 photos with a 4gb CF card) made me think twice before wasting shots too, good learning experience overall
